Can vehicle and device data be transfered to other systems?

• Yes, you can export data in different formats such as Microsoft Excel, PDF, or Google Earth.
   As an alternative we also offer interfaces that you can query using data services of your company (ERP).

I forgot my login information, how do I get access again?

• You can use the "Forgot Password" option in the login window to generate a new password that is sent to your email.
   We recommend changing the default password after your login.

Where do I find the device ID?

• By clicking on a vehicle name in list view, you will see the metadata of the device.

Are there any additional costs when I configure my device?

• No, there are no additional costs by configuring. However if you choose to receive alerts by sms, there is a fee.
   A free alternative is setting up alert-messages by E-Mail or as Telematik360-User message.  
   Telematik360-User messages are shown after you login into Telematik360.

 

Is Telematik360 being updated and is there a charge for updates?

• The portal is regularly being updated and improved. New features are being added and more devices supported. These updates are available to all users WITHOUT additional costs.

Can Telematik360 be used by multiple users simultaneously?

• Yes, it's possible for you as a customer to create subusers. There is NO additional cost.
